This special film screening and sherry tasting event brings together flamenco cinema with the delicious and refined flavours of Andalucía. Certified Sherry Educator Jacques Paradis will lead a guided tasting of 4 distinct styles of sherries, paired with Spanish cheese, olives, and jamón Ibérico. Local flamenco guitar maestro Matt Sellick will play to accompany the tasting and mingling. The tasting will be followed by a screening of Triana, Pura Y Pura, a stunning flamenco documentary about the "gitanos" of the Triana neighbourhood of Seville.
